Cecilia has nearly 20 years' professional experience in international commerce, trade and law. She is a full practising barrister in the Bar of England and Wales, having previously served in industries of international commerce, trade and logistics for over ten years followed by almost another ten years’ professional practice in the English legal profession. She advices on a wide spectrum of commercial law, corporate law and commercial dispute resolution, including investment, merge and acquisition, corporate, insurance, international trade, shipping, ship building, banking/finance, regulatory compliance, commercial fraud and litigation/ADR.

She is regarded by clients as being "very thorough and diligent"; in contentious matters, clients comment highly on her work as "always keep on top of the proceedings" and "very solid".
